Shrouded in secrecy, the court case that could bring justice for covid vaccine injured
THE experimental covid vaccines injured millions, but will its chief architects be brought to justice? A civil court case in the Netherlands initiated by seven plaintiffs is shrouded in secrecy. One of its prosecuting lawyers has been arrested and a key witness ‘died unexpectedly’ earlier this year. Peter Stassen, who specialises in European competition law, and Arno van Kessel are the Dutch lawyers prosecuting the case, which took a dramatic turn after van Kessel was arrested in June by armed police. He was reportedly blindfolded before being taken to a high-security prison where he has since been held without charge, accused of belonging to a ‘criminal network’. This prevented him attending an important hearing on July 9 that discussed jurisdiction, the merits of the case and whether the plaintiffs’ witnesses should be allowed to give evidence. At the hearing, Stassen used strong words to accuse the high-profile defendants of ‘biowarfare, genocide, mass murder, deceit, and assault.’ In defence, the opposing team of eight lawyers simply repeated the official ‘safe and effective’ narrative, a phrase which Stassen said has been discredited as evidenced by injury and excess mortality data. In the UK, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has received reports relating to covid vaccines of nearly 3,000 deaths and 500,000 injuries, 75 per cent of which it considers serious. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) EudraVigilance data on covid vaccines shows that by 2023 more than 30,000 deaths had been reported by health professionals and nearly 10,000 by non-healthcare professionals, while more than a million serious adverse events had been reported, nearly 700,000 of them by health professionals. The plaintiffs’ identities have been redacted and not much is known about them apart from the fact they were all fit and healthy before being vaccinated and that the original plaintiffs include four men and three women. It is known that one died in 2023 but the cause of death has not been revealed. Last month three more plaintiffs applied to join the group action, taking the total to nine. The case was filed in the District Court of Leeuwarden, in the north of the Netherlands, in July 2023, against vaccine czar Bill Gates, whose Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is on a mission to vaccinate the world. Gates has already tried to wriggle out of the case by claiming that he was not under the jurisdiction of the Dutch court. The court decided he was and ordered him to pay €1,406 in legal costs. Also accused are Mark Rutte, former Dutch prime minister, now Secretary General of Nato, Pfizer’s CEO Albert Bourla, and former Dutch health minister Hugo de Jonge. Governmental and commercial organisations are accused too. They are Pfizer Inc, the State of the Netherlands, who represent the Dutch government and its public health agencies, and the Riijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (RIVM), the Dutch National Institute for Public Health. There are reportedly 17 defendants in all. They face five main charges which are deception and misinformation, specifically ‘deliberate misinformation and concealment of risks that led citizens to receive harmful injections under false pretences’. Stassen said that the safe and effective narrative message was not appropriate for the plaintiffs who claim the jabs caused them serious physical and mental injury. It is stressed that all involved in the production of the covid vaccines must have known, or should have known, that the vaccines could potentially cause severe side effects. Complicity in bodily harm, the claimants had no health issues before being coerced into taking the covid jabs and allege the vaccine caused them chronic physical and psychological injuries. The defendants are also accused of abuse of power and of coercion, citing coercive tactics like ‘no jab, no job’ mandates, social pressure, and general exclusion from daily life as tools to override vaccine hesitancy. The prosecution says these tactics amount to violations of human rights and of bodily autonomy. Klaus Schwab, others at the WEF, and Bill Gates are accused of co-ordinating the agenda to implement the Great Reset. It is alleged that they used the pandemic as a vehicle for global restructuring. Stassen described the violation to the court as ‘an unprecedented crime accompanied by coercion, deception, and even murder’. The final charge is violation of national and international law. This is based on Dutch civil and constitutional law, international human rights law and the Nuremberg Code. It is alleged that experimental treatments were administered without proper informed consent, a legal requirement in European countries according to the Council of Europe Oviedo Convention 1997. The Oviedo Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine Act is a key international treaty that requires informed consent for any medical intervention. Article 5 states: ‘An intervent
